Once details have been discussed, an invoice will be sent to you. All custom cookie orders require

a 14-day minimum notice before your requested pickup date.

By completing this form, you understand that all orders placed are to be picked up in

Montgomery Village, MD on our agreed-upon date and time. The exact location will be sent to you once your order is confirmed. I unfortunately cannot ship your custom cookies.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 14 days before your scheduled pick-up date.

If you cancel between 7 to 14 days before pick-up, you'll receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations less than 7 days before pick-up will result in NO refund (by this time, all supplies and ingredients needed to fulfill your order would have been procured). Thank you for your understanding.
